WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Tim Moore (NC-14) joined Senators Thom Tillis and Ted Budd along with Representatives David Rouzer and Mark Harris in the introduction of the Lumbee Fairness Act as an original cosponsor. This legislation would grant long-overdue federal benefits to the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina that every other federally recognized tribe receives.

In addition to these appointments, Congressman Moore will serve as Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, where he will help lead critical efforts to ensure transparency and accountability in financial regulations and federal spending.
