WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Wednesday, September 10th, Congressman Tim Moore voted to pass H.R. 3838, the Streamlining Procurement for Effective Execution and Delivery and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026.  This legislation passed with amendments supported by Moore to recognize the Lumbee Tribe, and create a study that would detail the Department of Defense's (DoD) current supply and future needs for lithium.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Tim Moore (NC-14) announced that the Town of Lake Lure will receive $2,565,168.30 in federal funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to replace the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, which was destroyed during Hurricane Helene in 2024.

WASHINGTON, D.C. —  Today, Congressman Tim Moore (NC-14) is leading a letter signed by all 10 of the North Carolina House Republicans demanding the removal of unelected Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes, who released a repeat offender who went on to brutally murder a Ukrainian woman on the Charlotte light rail. The letter is addressed to Chief District Court Judge Roy Wiggins, who has the authority to initiate formal removal proceedings.
