Thank you for opening an application for a nomination to a military service academy from Congressman Moore.

For your application to be considered you must also submit the following items to our office:

• Current photo
• High school transcript
• American College Testing Program (ACT) results and/or College Board Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) results. Website screenshots are acceptable.
• Resume
• An essay stating why you want to attend a service academy (500 words or less)
• Minimum of two letters of recommendation from a non-relative. These letters must be hand-signed and include contact information for the writer.

You should receive an email with instructions on how to submit these documents. If you do not receive this email within 48 business hours, please reach out to NC14ServiceAcademy@mail.house.gov or 980-460-8110.

The deadline to submit these supporting documents is 11:59pm on October 31st.  Any emails or mailed documents date or post marked after the due date will not be accepted.
